Despite appearing in 41 games, including three starts, the Philadelphia 76ers guard Jeff Dowtin remained on a two-way contract as the season concluded.
Dowtin’s performances, which included averaging 7.0 points and 15.1 minutes per game, showcased his potential, but he still wasn’t able to secure a full-time roster spot.
Known for his relentless work ethic, the player has proven to be a resilient player who doesn’t shy away from challenges, regardless of the circumstances.
Reflecting on his journey and mindset, Dowtin shared with Keith Pompey of the Philadelphia Inquirer: “I’m just a hard worker, a go-getter no matter what. There’s always going to be obstacles that come in front of you.
“There’s always going to be things that you don’t like. Things are never going to always go your way. But it’s just how I’m built for different things, different obstacles.”
