NBA Commissioner Adam Silver opened up about the Orlando “bubble” and the schedule for the remainder of the season.

Silver wondered whether the league had to keep the schedule intact or give the players a break, given the current social climate.

The Commissioner of the NBA said he thinks the players needed a break during their time at Disney World.

“I think they needed a break. And maybe, in retrospect, we should have built in a break along the way in the games. Not necessarily for people to leave the bubble, because then you’ve got to quarantine all over again.

But just to give guys several days just to sit back and sort of just reflect on what’s happening in society,” Silver said, via Dan Feldman of Pro Basketball Talk.

Overall, the Orando “bubble” has been a tremendous success for the NBA.
