Closing week of the Greek Basket League! Read below which teams finally got relegated, find out the players that made it to the top of the statistic categories and take a look at the four couples of the first round of the playoffs, below:

A.G.O.Rethimno- Ilissiakos 63-62

Ilissiakos came sort in the end, and eventually got beaten by Rethimno. As a result they will be part of the second division next season, since they did not live up to the expectations. Gabriel scored 15 for the winners, while Mbodj had 22 with 16 rebounds, but that was not enough for his team.

Panelefsiniakos- A.E.Neas Kiffisias 63-71

Despite their defeat at home, Panelefsiniakos stays up, since they are positioned first out of 3 teams with 33 points, taking advantage of Ikaros and Ilissakos defeats. The game was tight throughout, with both teams taking leads but the visitors were focused in the end, got the win and now prepare to face PAOK for the first round of the play-offs. Barlos had 13 for AENK.

P.A.O.K.- Ikaros Chalkidas 88-74

The away side did their best to get the win and avoid relegation but it was not enough since PAOK got an easy win without having a great performance overall. Mark Payne had 20 points for PAOK while Robertson had 23 points, but he was the only man standing for his club.

Apollon Patras- Panathinaikos 79-95

Panathinaikos hit the throttle as always at the second half, securing the win against Apollon. However, this Tuesday the two teams will face-off again for the play-offs since the “Greens” ended the regular season on top of the League, while Apollon was 8th. Great game from Lasme who scored 21 and led the way for the Greek Champions.

Kolossos Rhodes- Aris 72-69

The Rhodians achieved their 10th win and climbed in the 10th position of the Greek Basket league, while Aris remained  7th and will face Olympiacos for the playoffs. Kolossos had control of the game all through the second half and with Kakaroudis (14) leading the way, they emerged victorious

A.O.Trikala- K.A.O.Dramas 103-108

In a very intense game, the two teams put up on a real offensive crescendo, resulting in one of the best games of the season. The away side had control of the game from the start, but Trikala was following them from up-close, having Evans in great shape. He scored 35 points in an NBA  style appearance. Trikala also had Ewing Jr with 26 while for the victorious side Markovic had 21. KAOD will face Panionios for the first play-off round, while Trikala finished 11th and do not promote for the post season.

Olympiacos- Panionios 76-66

With both teams having secured their finishing positions, the game had nothing to offer concerning the League Table, so the coaches tried some new tactics and experiments for the upcoming play-offs. Finally Olympiacos got the win by 10 points having Lojeski in great shape continuing his good streak, with 12 points, while for the visitors McCollum had 18 points.
