Sergio Llull reached another major scoring milestone on Sunday, becoming the first player in Real Madrid history to surpass 7,000 points in Liga ACB competition.
The Spanish veteran accomplished the feat during Madrid’s dominant 119-84 home victory over Surne Bilbao Basket, producing 19 points despite playing only 12 minutes.
Llull delivered an efficient shooting performance, making five three-pointers on nine attempts, along with one two-point basket and two free throws.
His latest scoring achievement places him among an exclusive group of players who have accumulated more than 7,000 points with a single club in Spain’s top basketball division.
Only three players in Liga ACB history have scored more points for one team.
Jordi Villacampa leads that group with 8,991 points for Joventut Badalona, followed by Juan Carlos Navarro, who scored 8,318 for Barcelona.
Another Barcelona legend, Juan Antonio San Epifanio, recorded 7,029 points during his career with the Catalan club.
