DeAndre Ayton led the Phoenix Suns past the New York Knicks (121-98) on Thursday night (16/01) and made history.
Ayton finished the game with 26 points and 21 rebounds and became the youngest player in franchise history with a 20-20 game.
The 21-year-old center missed two months of action after serving a 25-game suspension for testing positive for a substance banned under the league’s performance-enhancing drug policy.
Ayton has been averaging 15.9 points, 11.1 rebounds, and 1.8 assists this season, while the Suns are at 17-24.
