Deandre Ayton, the 25-year-old center now with the Portland Trail Blazers following the Damian Lillard trade, expressed his reluctance to discuss his former team, the Phoenix Suns, where he spent five seasons.
In a recent interview after a preseason game, Ayton was asked about his previous team.
“I don’t want to talk about Phoenix. They told me y’all came to talk about the game I played yesterday,” he said in response.
