Bayern Munich defeated Vechta at home in Game 3 (95-80), swept the series (3-0) and advanced to the German League Finals.
The Bavarians were in front by 17 in the first quarter (29-12), yet Vechta cut the deficit to five at halftime.
However, the hosts brought their lead back to double digits and never looked back (77-57), as the visitors never threatened again.
Danilo Barthel and Vladimir Lucic led the winners with a team-high 17 points apiece. T.J Bray had a game-high 38 points for the losing squad.
Bayern Munich will face either ALBA Berlin or Oldenburg in the Finals.
