FC Bayern Munich prevailed in a low-scoring EuroLeague clash on Tuesday night, defeating EA7 Emporio Armani Milan 64–53 at Audi Dome to return to .500 on the season.

Neither team managed to shoot above 50% inside the arc or 25% from three-point range, yet Bayern’s persistence and defensive rebounding proved decisive.

Milan led 33–28 at halftime after punishing Bayern on the glass, grabbing 11 offensive rebounds and turning them into 9 second-chance points. When Leandro Bolmaro’s basket stretched the margin to 35–28 early in the third quarter, the visitors appeared in control.

Bayern allowed only three offensive rebounds in the entire second half and committed just three turnovers after the break, while holding Milan’s top scorers Shavon Shields and Devin Booker to a combined 3 points in the final 20 minutes.

The turning point came midway through the third quarter when Andreas Obst and Kamar Baldwin hit back-to-back three-pointers to ignite a 14–2 run. That surge flipped the score to 42–37 and shifted momentum firmly toward the hosts.

Vladimir Lucic led Bayern with 15 points, 5 rebounds, and steady leadership in crunch time. Obst added 14 points, including the late three-pointer that sealed the win, while Baldwin contributed 11 points and 3 steals.

Despite missing key players Stefan Jovic, Johannes Voigtmann, Elias Harris, and Rokas Jokubaitis, the German side managed to prevail.

Bayern outscored Milan 36–20 in the second half and limited Ettore Messina’s squad to just seven points in the third quarter.

With the victory, Bayern improved to 2–2, while Milan fell to 1–3. The German club will next travel to face Fenerbahce, as the Italian side looks to regroup ahead of a road meeting with Zalgiris.
