The new Celtics combo guard Malcolm Brogdon was interviewed about Boston’s 126-117 opening-night victory over the Philadelphia 76ers.

On what it was like to be at TD Garden and out on the floor in a game that mattered, Brogdon said, “It was great, man. It’s a dream top be able to play for this organization, put that jersey on. So to do it in the midst of the passing of Bill Russell, and honor him the way we have, it’s a blessing.”
