The Washington Wizards survived a double OT thriller vs the Boston Celtics and remained on top of the Eastern Conference.

With Washington up by three (112-115), the Celtics had the chance to tie the game at 115. However, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope made the steal and sealed the deal for the winners.

The Wizards, who defeated the Celtics for a second time in four days, moved to 5-1 and have now won three straight. This is the best season start for Washington since 2005.

On the other hand, Boston dropped to 2-4 after losing its second straight.
