Olympiacos are at the top of the Greek league, as Panathinaikos play tonight, but as is usual, the fight to finish third continues.

Panionios 56-73 Olympiacos

Olympiacos were convincing 73-56 winners at Panionios as Bryant Dunston led Piraeus with 18 points as they stay top of the Greek league and drop their Athens counterparts, once a regular in the Eurocup further in trouble, at 3-8 and second from bottom.

Koroivos 73-74 Panelefsiniakos

Panelefsiniakos are slowly making a rise up the table after edging Koroivos 74-73 on the road for their second win in a row and a home game with struggling Panionios coming up next. Michael Eric poured in 19 points for the winners, cancelling Dwayne Davis’ 18 points and 9 rebounds for the hosts.

KAOD 82-76 Apollon Patras

KAOD are slowly making their up the Greek league table after an 82-76 success over midtable Apollon. Thodoris Zaras hit 21 points in the six-point victory as Apollon can’t string a succession of wins together.

PAOK 78-67 Nea Kifisia

PAOK remain in the top four after a devastating third quarter display allowed them to topple Nea Kifisia 78-67. The hosts reduced the Athens side to just 11 points in the third period, as they romped home. Julian Vaughn led PAOK with 15 points.

AGOR 70-66 Kolossos

AGOR have the coveted third spot in Greece after they edged a solid Kolossos side 70-66. The visitors put up a good fight and even led 44-38 at the half, but lost their way in the second half, allowing AGOR to record their fourth win in a row. Trevis Simpson and Fahro Alihodzic led the way with 12 points each.

Trikalla 87-83 AEK Athens

Bottom of the table Trikalla nabbed their third win of the season as they defeated AEK Athens 87-83. A strong final quarter was enough for the basement team in what was a tightly contested game. Kenny Kadji hit 21 points for Trikalla. Carl English got a game-high 33 and 11 rebounds for the visitors but all in vain.
