Kentavious Caldwell-Pope shared his thoughts on the target of the Los Angeles Lakers in the start of the season.
Caldwell-Pope said the Lakers have no intention to make a ‘slow’ start and want to be ready for the season opener this week.
“We don’t want to start slow. We know there’s a target on our back… I feel like our mindset is that we’re going to be ready as well,” Caldwell-Pope told reporters, via Harrison Faigen of SB Nation.
Caldwell-Pope and the Lakers had a perfect offseason (4-0) and now have their sights set on their clash with the Clippers on Tuesday (December 22).
