DeAndre Ayton opened up about his goal with the Phoenix Suns for the 2020/21 season.
The big man of the Phoenix Suns said his target is to build a ‘winning legacy’.
“Starting a winning legacy. Being a part of that puzzle that brings a lot to the table. Just taking that load and embracing that load as well.
Getting everybody better around me and leading this team to greatness. Being the best person I can be no matter how the season goes. Being that guy,” Ayton said, via AZ Central.
Ayton was suspended for 25 games last season, after testing positive for a diuretic. During the season restart, he averaged 15 points and 9.5 rebounds in eight games.
