Jimmy Butler opened up about his status ahead of Game 2 of the NBA Finals against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Butler suffered an ankle injury in the opening half of Game 1, but it seems his injury was not serious.
Butler told reporters he plans to play in Game 2 and help Miami even the series.
“As far as I am right now, I’m okay… As long as I suit up and play, I’m expected to produce and try to help win. If I suit up, which I will, we gotta win the game,” Butler said.
The Lakers lead the series 1-0. Game 2 is on Friday.
