Kendrick Perkins reacted to Doc Rivers parting ways with the Los Angeles Clippers a few days ago.
Rivers failed to lead the Clippers past the second round of the playoffs and, consequently, he left the team.
“Doc Rivers really got fired because his Superstars couldn’t Closeout a 3-1 lead and his Bench was an Absolutely no show is disturbing to me…Doc deserves better anyway!!! Carry on…” Perkins tweeted.
Just like former NBA player Tony Allen, Perkins believes Leonard and George are the ones to blame for the Clippers’ failure, not Rivers.
Rivers has already been linked to the New Orleans Pelicans, the Philadelphia 76ers and the Houston Rockets, who are in search for a new head coach.
