Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle is not concerned about the heel injury of Kristaps Porzingis.

Porzingis played in Game 1 of the first-round playoff series against the Los Angeles Clippers and Carlisle said the Latvian forward’s heel should not be an issue.

“I don’t think there’s gonna be an issue with his heel at this point in time. He was able to go through everything we did the last three days,” Carlisle told reporters.

Carlisle, Porzingis and the Mavericks are trying to recover from the 110-118 loss to the Clippers on Monday.

Game 2 between Dallas and Los Angeles will take place on Wednesday.
