ESPN’s sports analysts Stephen A. Smith and Max Kellerman agree that free-agent shooting guard JR Smith should be signed by the Los Angeles Lakers with combo guard Avery Bradley opting out to return for the NBA’s 2019-20 season restart in Orlando, Florida:

Last season, Smith was mostly away from the Cleveland Cavaliers and appeared in only 11 games, averaging 6.7 points, 1.6 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game. On 34.2% shooting from the floor, 30.8% from deep.
