The Los Angeles Lakers officially announced the signing of JR Smith, who will replace Avery Bradley in Orlando bubble. Smith will re-join forces with LeBron James after previously playing together for the Cleveland Cavaliers. The two won the NBA championship in 2016.
James took to Instagram to welcome his new teammate. “Yessir bro!!!!! Right back at it like we never left,” the Lakers superstar wrote on his IG story.
The Lakers will face the Clippers on the season re-opener in Orlando. The Western Conference leaders are among the top favorites to win it all this season.
