Domantas Sabonis may be one of the most improved players in the NBA the last two seasons and yesterday he set a new franchise-record for the Indiana Pacers.

In particular, he recorded his 50th double-double this season, setting a new franchise-high for the Pacers. Sabonis was instrumental in last night’s win against the Mavericks, having 20 points along with 17 rebounds and 6 assists.

Indiana improved to 39-25, despite the absence of a vital perimeter player like Malcolm Brogdon in the last two games. Moreover, Sabonis is averaging 18.3 points, 12.5 rebounds and 5 assists per 34.7 minutes per game.
