Nikola Jokic shared his thoughts on load management, as the Denver Nuggets are fighting for the top spot in the Western Conference.
“I’m trying to play every game if possible,” said Jokic, according to Harrison Wind of DNVR Sports.
For his part, the head coach of the Nuggets, Mike Malone, said his players don’t want to sit games. “It’s unique to each player and each team…I know in my conversations with our players I can’t get guys to sit. Our guys don’t want to sit,” Malone told reporers.
Denver is at 40-18, 5.5 games behind the LA Lakers for the top spot in the West.
