Chicago Bulls star Zach Lavine is upset about not being selected to play in the upcoming All-Star Game (February 16).

Even though LaVine has played very well this season, it seems he was not even considered by the players and coaches and, therefore, he will not be part of the All-Star Weekend.

Both LaVine and the Bulls expressed their disappointment with this situation.

“Yeah, it’s upsetting, but you know … we see the way it’s gotta be. We gotta be in the [playoff] hunt. We’re in the hunt a little bit but we’re not solidified. We had some ups and downs, had some injuries.

But, like I told you guys in the beginning, we win, we all succeed. So we’ll get there, I’ll get there, and I don’t have a doubt in my mind about that,” LaVine told reporters, per Chicago Sun-Times’ Joe Cowley.

LaVine has been averaging 25.0 points, 4.8 rebounds, and 4.1 assists this season.
