The score was so close in the first half. Aek was in the lead in the first two minutes ( 4-7), but Hfaistos Limnou went ahead in the score ( 15-11). Aek Athens answered (21-22) in the end of the first quarter , but Brazelton, Gotcher and Freimanis for Hfaistos had a good start in the second quarter ( 25-25) and tie up the match. But, Aek Athens was in the lead in halftime ( 38-39).  In the third quarter Aek Athens had 3 concecutive 3p, Larentzakis shot gave a advantage for the team from Athens. ( 54-63) . In the fourth quarter Maciulis and Griffin scord many points and finally Aek won Jfaistos Limnou on the road with 74-87.

Hfaistos Limnou ( 7th place) will travel to Patra to play against Promitheas Patras (4th place) next week, whereas AEK Athens B.C. ( 3rd place) will host Aris Thessalonikis (9th place) in the 21st gameweek. 

Holargos B.C. ( 8th place) – Rethymno Cretan Kings ( 14th place) : 66-61

Vladimir Jankovic is the leader of Holargos and the main factor to explain why the team from Athens will go to the play-offs. Jankovic was all around player, he was again the top scorer for Holargos and he has 19 points of power ranking like Javontae Hawkins.  Holargos made an outstanding performance in the first minutes ( 10-4) and the team from Athens was in lead by 13 points ( 22-9). Rethymno fought and the team form Crete had an 11-0 in a row  ( 22-20). In a halftime Holargos led by 7 points ( 34-27). Although Rethymno had a great performance, but the effort of the Cretan team wasn’t enough, because Holargos finally won by 5 points (66-61).

Lavrio was always in the lead and finally the team from S.Attica won the match ( 83-55). In the first minutes the score was so close ( 10-9) and the great game of Lountzis nd Lamb made the score of the first quarter ( 24-15). The hosts had a great game and Lavrio finally won by 28 points ( 83-55).

Promitheas Patras (4th place)best players : Points: Octavius Ellis  ( 35 points) , Rebound: Octavius Ellis   ( 13  rebounds) , Assist: Oleksander Lypovy  ( 8 assists)

Kymi had an amazing performance in the first quarter ( 15-6), but Promitheas was there and tie up the score ( 15-15) and the team from Patra was in the lead in the end of the first quarter ( 19-23). Lypovy shot gave the lead to Promitheas in the halftime ( 43-44), but Kymi answered and took the lead in the end of the third quarter ( 59-66). Finally, Kymi won this tough game by 4 points ( 86-82). 

Kymis B. C. ( 12th place) will face Holargos B.C. ( 8th place) on the road next week, whereas Promitheas Patras (4th place) will host Hfaistos Limnou ( 7th place) for the 21nd game week.

Aris Thessalonikis (9th place) – Paok B.C (6th place): 58-62

Terrible year for Aris Thessalonikis, many mistakes, bad coaching, pure performances. These problems was obvious in the Saturday derby of Thessaloniki.  Paok was in the lead in the first quarter ( 11-19) and the team of Hlias Papatheodorou led by 9 points ( 31-40) at halftime. 8 mistakes and only 6 points overall for Paok in the third quarter gave to Aris the opportunity to lead and finally win the match. 1 point advantage only for Paok in the third quarter. In the fourth quarter the score was so close, but Bochoridis missed the two most significant free throws ( 58-60) and William Goss for Paok scored 2 points and he made the final score ( 58-62). It’s not the best present for the Aris fans, who almost made a sold out. 

Aris Thessalonikis (9th place)  will face AEK Athens B.C. ( 3rd place)  on the road next week, whereas Paok B.C (6th place) will host Lavrio Aegean Cargo B.C. ( 10th place) for the 21nd game week.
