Dirk Nowitzki made probably the final appearance of his career at the Madison Square Garden and received a warm welcome by the New York Knicks’ fans.
The Dallas Mavericks rallied past the Knicks (90-114), with the German legend scoring a season-high 14 points.
“I always enjoyed playing here. If it was my last time it was definitely one of my most favorite places to play,” Nowitzki said afterwards.
