Bayern Munich never trailed since the opening quarter and earned a crucial win at home over Armani Milano (93-87).

It was a close game in the first quarter (23-22), but the Germans improved their performance and took a double-digit lead (49-38) to end the first half in front by eight (53-45).

The hosts led by as many as 14 points (66-52) and had a nine-point advantage after 30 minutes in the game (77-68).

The Italians attempted to turn things around, but never came closer than four points (81-77, 89-85) and lost for the eighth time in the last 10 games.

Maodo Lo and Nihad Dedovic scored 18 points apiece for the winners, as Stefan Jovic added 14.

Mike James was tremendous for the losing squad (29 points, five assists), with Arturas Gudaitis posting a dominant double-double (18 points, 10 rebounds).

Bayern Munich improved to 9-9, whereas Armani Milano dropped to 8-10.
