Baskonia played excellent on both ends of the floor in the second half and cruised to an easy victory over Gran Canaria (83-66).

The visitors made a better start to the game and ended the first quarter in front by seven (16-23). The hosts remained competitive and cut the deficit to three at halftime (39-42).

The Basques were unstoppable in the second half and played very well on both ends of the floor to outscore their opponents 44-24 and claim an easy victory.

Marcelinho Huertas led the winners with 24 points and six assists, as Vincent Poirier added 20 points.

Ondrej Balvin and Eulis Baez stood out for the losing squad, with 16 and 12 points, respectively.

Baskonia improved to 8-10, whereas Gran Canaria dropped to 6-12.
