Rod Odom heads to Paris for EuroCup debut

Levallois Metropolitans bolstered its froncourt by signing forward Rod Odom to a one-year deal on Monday.

Odom (2.06 meters, 25 years old) arrives from Astana, where he averaged 9.9 points and 5.2 rebounds in 27 VTB League games last season. He also played in the Kazakhstan League, averaging 15.5 points in four games and helping Astana lift the trophy.

After a four-year stint at Vanderbilt University, Odom started his professional basketball career with KAO Dramas of Greece and also played for Virtis Bologna of Italy before joining Astana last season.

Odom is set to make his 7DAYS EuroCup debut with Levallois next season.
