Unicaja reach finals while Hapoel, Valencia face decider, EuroCup SF hangover

In its first season in the EuroCup Unicaja Malaga reached the final while Hapoel Jerusalem forced a deciding game three in their semi-final against Valencia.

Unicaja conquered Lokomotiv Kuban 74-63 in game two to reach their first continental final since 2001.

Nemanja Nedovic led the winners with 21 points, Kyle Fogg added 16 and Alen Omic had 10 for Unicaja.

Kevin Jones paced Lokomotiv with 17 points.

But while Malaga advance, Valencia and Hapoel Jerusalem will play out a deciding game three in their semi-final after the Israeli side beat their Spanish counterparts 79-66.

The hosts entered the fourth quarter trailing by four points, but put together both their best offensive quarter and defensive quarter when it mattered most.

Tarence Kinsey led Jerusalem with 18 points.
