According to Marc Stein of The Stein Line, the Indiana Pacers are emerging as a “team to watch” in the potential trade market for Brooklyn Nets forward Cam Johnson.

The Pacers have reportedly expressed interest in acquiring Johnson, though no deal has been finalized yet. In addition, the Sacramento Kings have also engaged in trade talks with the Nets regarding Johnson.

However, the Kings have made it clear they are unwilling to include guard Devin Carter in any potential trade package.

Previously, the Oklahoma City Thunder were mentioned as a possible destination for Johnson, with some reports indicating their interest in the player.

The Thunder’s ability to make a trade could hinge on other factors, but they remain a potential landing spot.

Meanwhile, the Memphis Grizzlies might still be eyeing Johnson, though there are complications.

The two sides are said to have “hard feelings” stemming from past trade discussions, particularly surrounding the Dorian Finney-Smith trade negotiations.

These tensions could impact any potential deal, though Memphis remains a team to watch as the trade landscape continues to evolve.
