Jaren Jackson Jr. exited the Memphis Grizzlies’ first practice of training camp due to tightness in his hamstring.

Head coach Taylor Jenkins expressed concern about the situation, stating, “We’re anticipating that it might be a strain.”

As a precaution, Jackson is scheduled to undergo further imaging on the hamstring to assess the extent of the issue.

This development comes as the Grizzlies are already facing challenges with their roster, as they will be without GG Jackson and Vince Williams Jr. for the start of training camp.

Both players are dealing with their own injuries, further complicating the team’s preparations for the upcoming season.

The Grizzlies will need to closely monitor Jackson’s condition, as his health is crucial to their success moving forward.
