The Chicago Bulls have signed free agent forward/center Kenneth Lofton Jr. to a one-year deal. NBA insider Shams Charania confirmed the signing, noting that Lofton will compete for a roster spot in training camp.

Lofton, who has played 45 games across two NBA seasons, spent time last season with the Memphis Grizzlies, Philadelphia 76ers, and Utah Jazz.

During his combined 21 NBA games, Lofton averaged 4.6 points, 1.8 rebounds, and 1.6 assists in 9.4 minutes per game.

In addition to his NBA appearances, Lofton also showcased his talent in the G League. He played 19 games, where he averaged 25.1 points, 9.5 rebounds, and 4.4 assists in 30.1 minutes per game.

His standout performance in the G League highlights his scoring ability and versatility, making him an intriguing prospect for the Bulls.
