Jordan Poole’s 23-point effort propelled the Washington Wizards (14-58) to a narrow 107-105 win over the Chicago Bulls (34-38) on Monday night, marking the Wizards’ season-high third consecutive victory.

Contributions from Corey Kispert, who recorded his first career double-double with 19 points and 12 rebounds, along with Marvin Bagley III (16 points) and Richaun Holmes (14 points, 15 rebounds), were crucial in securing the win for the Wizards.

DeMar DeRozan led the charge for the Bulls with 27 points, but it wasn’t enough to overcome Washington’s tenacious defense and balanced scoring attack. Coby White added 22 points.

Chicago, currently ninth in the Eastern Conference standings, struggled to contain Washington’s offensive firepower, falling short in a crucial stretch late in the game.

With leading scorer Kyle Kuzma sidelined due to injury, the Wizards relied on contributions from their supporting cast.
