Two-time NBA champion Metta Sandiford-Artest, formerly known as Ron Artest and Metta World Peace, has boldly predicted that San Antonio Spurs’ rising star Victor Wembanyama will achieve the historic feat of scoring 100 points in a single game during his career.

Speaking on Los Angeles Spectrum SportsNet Live (h/t Jeff Garcia of Kens5.com), Sandiford-Artest shared his belief, saying, “I do believe he will score 100 points at some point in his career. Maybe 101 (points). I think he will get there maybe in about his eighth season.”

Sandiford-Artest envisions Wembanyama, currently 19 years old, developing his physique over the years and dominating against a weaker NBA opponent.

He specifically pointed to a scenario where Wembanyama faces a team reminiscent of the “old-school Clippers-type teams,” suggesting he could go on a scoring spree and reach the historic 100-point milestone.

In the current NBA season, Wembanyama has been showcasing his talent with impressive stats, averaging 19.3 points, 10.7 rebounds, 2.5 assists, and 3 blocks in 30.5 minutes per game for the Spurs.
