Anthony Davis delivered a dominant performance for the Lakers in the win over the Timberwolves (123-111) as he scored 38 points and grabbed 17 rebounds.

The 30-year-old superstar rolled his ankle at one point in the game, but he kept going and was leader for the Purple and Gold.

“Y’all can’t say nothing about 3, man,” D’Angelo Russell said about Davis after the game. “For him to roll his ankle, do all of that in one of the biggest games this year for us.

“That dude came out, showed toughness, led. Y’all can’t say nothing bad about that dude. He lead, those guys lead, we follow. Simple as that.”
