LeBron James and Udonis Haslem were teammates for four year in Miami, winning two NBA championships during that time.

Haslem, who is the oldest player in the league at 42 years of age, says he learned from James how to take care of his body to still be able to play in the NBA.

“There’s no way I’m able to still be out here running and jumping and keeping up with these guys at 42 if I didn’t take care of my body in a certain way. So that was definitely something I took out of Bron’s book,” Haslem said, per Anthony Chiang of Miami Herald.
