The Lakers made changes to their training camp roster by waiving two players and signing two as replacements. According to Kyle Goon, Los Angeles has waived Dwayne Bacon and Javante McCoy and signed Shaquille Harrison and LJ Figueroa.

Harrison, a 29-year-old shooting guard, has been in-and-out of the NBA. Last season he played two games for the Nets. For the most part he played for the Delaware Blue Coats and won the G League Defensive Player of the Year.

Figueroa, a 24-year-old small forward, is yet to play a game in the NBA. He was signed by the Warriors during preseason last year but was waived three days later. He spent the year playing for the Santa Cruz Warriors of the G League.
