The Miami Heat further increased their lead in the Eastern Conference by defeating the Detroit Pistons at home (105-98). They are now 2.5 games above the second-placed Milwaukee Bucks.
After the game Heat center Bam Adebayo, who had 16 points, talked about the potential of the team, saying that there is no limit for that.
“If Kyle keeps playing a floor general, Tyler keeps being 6th Man of the Year, Jimmy keeps being JIMVP, and I keep being DPOY, this team has no ceiling in my opinion,” the 24-year-old center said.
“We can be one of the best teams in this league when we’re clicking, when we’re connected and when we’re playing together and having fun.”
