Frank Vogel spoke with reporters prior to the road game vs the Minnesota Timberwolves and opened up about the Lakers’ Covid-19 struggles.

The Lakers are currently having several players in the Health and Safety protocols and will be short-handed vs the Timberwolves. For his part, coach Vogel gave an update on the team’s vaccination status, including the booster shot.

All players and team personnel were fully vaccinated prior to the season start. However, the veteran coach admitted that some of his players have not received the booster shot yet.

The Lakers (16-13) put their three-game winning streak on the line against a Minnesota squad (13-15) that wants to win its third in a row.
