Real Madrid and Usman Garuba have agreed to an NBA buy-out clause for the young power forward, according to Marca.

Per the report, Real Madrid will receive a total of three million euros and Garuba will then be able to join the Houston Rockets.

Garuba (2021 EuroLeague Rising Star) averaged 3.9 points and four rebounds in 39 EuroLeague games for Real Madrid last season.

The Spanish forward, who was under contract with Real Madrid until 2024, will sign with the Rockets, after being selected with the 23rd pick.
