Marc Gasol said he had no idea that Kyle Kuzma had publicly asked for the Spanish center to have more playing time.
Gasol said he talked with Kuzma privately and told him he is fine with whatever role he has with the Lakers.
“Marc Gasol says he didn’t know that Kyle Kuzma had publicly asked for him to play more. He says that Kuzma did talk to him privately to say he should play more though, and Marc says he told Kuz he’s fine with whatever role the team needs him for,” Harrison Faigen of Silver Screen and Roll reports.
Gasol returned to the Lakers lineup vs the Denver Nuggets and had 10 points in 17 minutes of action.
