Marc Gasol is only focused on how he will help the Lakers win, not his role or minutes spent on the floor.

Gasol, who had not played in two of the past three games, entered in the second half and played 17 minutes. He had 10 points with all three of his field goals coming from the perimeter.

“Marc Gasol is emphasizing team-first mindset rather than players worried about minutes, roles, etc. “It’s about the team,” Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation reports.

Given the roster’s depth, the Lakers still have chemistry issues and are working on finding the ideal lineups. For his part, Gasol has seen his role diminish since the arrival of Andre Drummond.
