Kyle Kuzma had nothing but good words to say about his teammate in the Los Angeles Lakers Talen Horton-Tucker.
Kuzma expressed his confidence that Horton-Tucker would have a leading role if he played in a team that wouldn’t fight for the title.
Kuzma even compared Horton-Tucker to Anthony Edwards and the role the No.1 pick of the Draft has in the Minnesota Timberwolves.
“He’s a great player. If he was on a team like the Timberwolves, he would be like Anthony Edwards or anyone else. When he’s 25, 26, 27 he’s gonna be scary,” Kuzma said, via Ryan Ward of Lakers Nation.
For his part, Horton-Tucker had 16 points (6/9 shooting) and seven rebounds off the bench, helping the Lakers defeat the Timberwolves (121-137).
