Steve Nash shared his thoughts on the controversy with Brooklyn Nets superstar Kyrie Irving.
Nash said Irving is close to his return, but the Nets should be cautious with his playing time in order to avoid any injuries.
“Hopefully, we’re close. I can’t really give you a firm update on that. We have to assess that as we go. We do want to make sure he ramps up accordingly so that he’s not susceptible to unnecessary injury and protect him the best we can,” Nash said about Irving, via Michael Scotto of HoopsHype.
Irving has missed the last six games of the Nes for personal reasons.
