JJ Redick opened up about his teammate in the New Orleans Pelicans Zion Williamson and why the young star will become a Hall of Famer.
Redick said Williamson is a special player and will become a Hall of Famer if he remains healthy.
“It’s All-NBA, All-Star, Hall of Fame. That’s his ceiling. The thing with Zion is that he’s naturally obviously athletic, but naturally skilled.
So when he learns sort of how to play the NBA game and think the NBA game, he does it naturally without even putting the thought and the preparation that we all learn,” Redick said during his appearance on the All The Smoke podcast with Matt Barnes and Stephen Jackson.
In 24 regular season games in the 2019/20 season, Williamson averaged 22.5 points, 6.3 rebounds and 2.1 assists.
