Nikola Jokic praised Jamal Murray for his performance in Game 3 against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Murray had 28 points, eight rebounds and a career-high 12 assists, while Jokic added 22 points and 10 boards. The Nuggets defeated the Lakers 106-114 and remained alive in the series.
“I really truly believe he’s a superstar. He’s built for the big shots,” Jokic said, via Mike Singer of the Denver Post.
Los Angeles leads the series 2-1. Game 4 is on Thursday.
