Michael Malone shared his thoughts on the impressive performance of Jamal Murray in Game 3 against the Los Angeles Lakers.

The superstar of the Denver Nuggets led his team to the 106-114 win, posting 28 points, eight rebounds and a career-high 12 assists.

“When you look at these 3 series we’ve played so far, he’s starting to get the respect from the other teams, and they’re game-planning, they’re blitzing him, they’re double-teaming…And that’s what part of being an All-NBA type of player is about,” Malone told reporters, via Mike Singer of the Denver Post.

Los Angeles leads the series 2-1. Game 4 is on Thursday.
