The Brooklyn Nets are not sure if Tyronn Lue is the right fit for the team’s bench, per Ian Begley of SNY.
As Begley reports, the Nets are skeptical about Lue being much of an upgrade from their former head coach, Kenny Atkinson.
Lue, who has been linked with many NBA teams lately, is one of the top candidates to take over Brooklyn.
The legendary head coach of the San Antonio Spurs Gregg Popovich remains the prime candidate for the Nets’ bench.
Brooklyn also considers giving interim head coach Jacque Vaughn a permanent position on the squad’s bench.
