The two players combined for 55 points, with Porter Jr. having 30 points and a career-high 15 rebounds and Nikola Jokic posting 25 points and 11 assists.
The Nuggets improved to 45-23 and are 0.5 games behind the Los Angeles Clippers for the second place in the West.
