Erik Spoelstra, the head coach of the Miami Heat, shared his thoughts on the NBA suspension amid the coronavirus crisis.

Spoelstra met with Miami reporters through a conference call on Wednesday and provided an update on his team.

The experienced coach said his players are hungry to play basketball again and have been training via Zoom.

“I’m not even going there (on the NBA resuming the season). I’m just focused on trying to connect our coaching staff and our players daily,” Spoelstra said via The Sun-Sentinel.
