LeBron James says he won’t be high-fiving anyone in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic and has some new handshakes to break out when basketball returns.

The NBA remains in suspension amid the crisis and, with hand-to-hand contact now discouraged, LBJ doesn’t plan to dish out another high-five as long as he lives.

The four-time MVP is known for the special individualized handshakes he performs with his teammates but he says his new ones won’t involve open-handed contact.

“I ain’t high-fiving nobody for the rest of my life after this s—,” he said to former Cleveland Cavaliers teammates Richard Jefferson and Channing Frye on the Road Trippin’ podcast (H/T CBS Sports). “No more high-fiving. After this corona s—? Wait ’til you see me and my teammates’ handshakes after this s—.”
