The NBA and the NBPA have reached an agreement to eliminate drug testing amid the coronavirus outbreak.

As Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports reports, the measure is temporary and will take place during the hiatus to the 2019-20 season that has been caused by the coronavirus pandemic.

Players were previously tested with six random, unannounced urine drug tests during each season and off-season.

The NBA has suspended the season for at least 30 days due to the outbreak of the coronavirus.
